Czech painter and photographer. Born May 22, 1959 in Rumburk.

From 1983 to 1988 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.

Since 1989 he has had five dozen separate exhibitions at home and abroad.

His paintings are owned by these institutions (selection):
The National Gallery in Prague, the Central Bohemian Gallery in Prague, the Benedikt Rejt Gallery in Louny, the Art Gallery in Roudnice nad Labem, the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Moderna San Marino.

Since 1997 he has been teaching at the Academy of Fine Arts.
